Meet the designer
Hi, I’m Kathleen Buchanan.
I turn pool ideas into detailed visual stories that homeowners, sales teams, and builders can understand together.
For more than six years, I’ve worked across pool design, sales, and pre-construction coordination. My experience began in Alabama and now serves the Charlotte and Lake Norman area, where I create custom pools, spas, tanning ledges, waterfalls, decking, landscapes, and complete outdoor-living concepts.
Using 3D visualization and 2D planning, I help make complex decisions feel approachable. I love the moment a homeowner sees the rendering and says, “That’s exactly what I was imagining.” My goal is always the same: a design that feels personal, works beautifully, and gives the entire project team a clear direction.
